Sovereign Construction is a family-owned general contractor based in Westlake Village, serving homeowners across LA County and Ventura County, including Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Simi Valley, and the Conejo Valley. We handle kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, full home remodels, ADUs, window replacements, and ground-up construction. Every project is managed end to end by our in-house team, with no brokering jobs to subcontractors we do not stand behind.

We started Sovereign because we saw firsthand what the construction industry was missing: operators. Contractors who are skilled with their hands but cannot run a project, leading to missed timelines, vague invoices, and no one picking up the phone. We built our business around the opposite of that. You will have clear communication from estimate to final walkthrough, a realistic timeline we actually hold ourselves to, and a team that treats your home like it is the only job we have.

We are not the cheapest contractor in LA or Ventura County. Our pricing reflects our team size, back-end support, and the quality of work we put into every job. If we cannot deliver a result you are proud of, we do not want the project.
