Alex and every member of his team provided exceptional service from start to finish. Communication at every step was outstanding - they introduced team members along the way, responded promptly to questions, and were consistently patient, thorough, kind, and generous with their time. Months after installation, Alex still replies quickly to texts and takes the time to answer all of my questions, which speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment. Our system is producing extremely well, and we have not had a single bill without a credit since it was installed. Most importantly, the backup batteries have already protected us through power outages that are common in our area.

Alex has been great. He was transparent from the beginning and answered all of my questions, which was a lot, until we finally agreed upon and finalized a contract. There were other issues outside of his control such as the contractor inadequately performing but through voicing our concerns directly to Alex he was continuously keeping people accountable to the best of his abilities. Once the install there was still billing issues which Alex and Emily were there to support us in getting things corrected. Out of all the things I have to complain about the solar process, Alex is not one of them. I would recommend others and through our experience I’d believe he would advise others on things to watch out for.
